September is here and our Brookfield Residential (BR) CNWS Project Team is excited to welcome Fall and provide an update on how we’ve engaged with the Concord community over the past month! In August, our team enjoyed a great cup of coffee with community members at Gratitude Coffee Bar while answering questions and gathering feedback for the CNWS project.
On Saturday, August 23, 2025, our Project Team invited community members to join us from 9-12 p.m. at Gratitude Coffee Bar in Concord to answer project questions and share project information. Events like these would not be possible without the support of our local businesses, and we would like to extend a huge thank you to Gratitude Coffee Bar for hosting an amazing event! Our team received important feedback and answered questions on project components such as future land uses, project schedule/timing and next steps.
We appreciate all feedback, questions and perspectives that continue to be shared with our team throughout this phase of the project. Stay tuned for 2025 Fall and Winter events that will be announced through our project Eblasts and posted on our project webpage! We look forward to continuing to collaborate with the community through future engagement events.
