November is here and the Brookfield Residential (BR) CNWS Project Team is excited to provide an update on the progress we’ve been making over the past month! Our team continues to work in close partnership with the project’s Local Reuse Authority (LRA), which is the Concord City Council, and the Navy to make progress on the Navy Term Sheet. As we have shared, securing a project Term Sheet with the Navy is a crucial next step for the project.
Earlier this year, we asked community members to participate in a short virtual survey to help us understand which CNWS project topics you are interested in learning more information about and how we can best provide resources and CNWS project updates. Thanks to all who participated, we received great questions from the survey responses. Our 2025 Frequently Asked Questions document is a great CNWS project resource that has been prepared and updated based on 2025 community survey responses and general community engagement.
