August is here and our Brookfield Residential (BR) CNWS Project Team is excited to provide an update on how we’ve been continuing to engage with the community over the past month! In July, our team met with community members at Epidemic Ales Brewery & Tap Room to answer questions and gather feedback for the CNWS project.
It was great to meet with community members and discuss the project in June and July and we look forward to connecting at Gratitude Coffee Bar in August! Please note there will be no formal presentation during this event.
On Friday, July 18, 2025, our Project Team met with community members from 5-8 p.m. at Epidemic Ales in Concord to provide information and gather feedback for the CNWS project. We’d like to extend an enormous thank you to everyone who joined us, and a special shoutout to Epidemic Ales for graciously hosting such a great event! Our team received important feedback and answered questions on project components such traffic, connectivity, bike paths, tournament sports complex and parks, innovation and entertainment districts, commercial development, project phasing and development timeline.
The insights and perspectives we continue to gather from the community about the CNWS development project are invaluable to the project’s success. We look forward to continued opportunities to engage with the community.
