CNWS October 2025 Project Update

octubre 13, 2025

Fall is here and our Brookfield Residential (BR) CNWS Project Team is excited to welcome October and provide an update on how we’ve engaged with the Concord community over the past few months! Our team continues to work in close partnership with the project’s Local Reuse Authority (LRA), which is the Concord City Council, and the Navy to make progress on the Navy Term Sheet.

In Case You Missed It!
Brookfield Summer Engagement Recap:

This summer, our Project Team invited community members to meet us at some of Concord’s favorite venues to grab a coffee or beverage of choice and talk all things Concord Naval Weapons Station! The purpose of these events is to create opportunities for our team to answer your project questions, share project information and engage in meaningful discussions that help shape the vision for the future CNWS site. We could not have had such a successful summer without the support of our local businesses, and we would like to extend another huge thank you to Side Gate Brewing, Epidemic Ales and Gratitude Coffee Bar for hosting CNWS events this year! Creating opportunities to meet the community in local favorite spaces helped us receive important feedback for the project and answer questions on a variety of project components. If you are a local business interested in hosting a future CNWS community event, feel free to reach out to us at engage.concord@brookfieldrp.com.

We look forward to continuing to collaborate with the community through future engagement events. If you or your organization would like to reach out to our team to learn more about the project or provide feedback, please reach out to us here.
