July is here and our Brookfield Residential (BR) CNWS Project Team is excited to share an update on the great engagement we’ve had over the last month! In June, our team provided an update to the Concord City Council, the project’s Local Reuse Authority (LRA), and engaged with community members at Side Gate Brewery to answer questions and gather feedback for the CNWS project.
It was great to meet with community members and discuss the project in June and we look forward to connecting at Epidemic Ales in July! Please note there will be no formal presentation during this event.
On Tuesday, June 10, our Brookfield Residential Project Team presented a project update to the Concord City Council during a public session. This was part of our commitment to providing regular project updates to the project’s Local Reuse Authority (Concord City Council) and the Concord community.

On Monday, June 16, 2025, our Project Team met with community members from 2-5 p.m. at Side Gate Brewery in Concord to provide information and gather feedback for the CNWS project. We want to extend a huge thank you to everyone who was able to attend, and a special thank you to Side Gate Brewery for hosting a great event! Our team received important feedback and answered questions on project components such as car and bike access, connectivity, traffic, land use, open space and project schedule components.
The insights and perspectives that have been shared with us about the CNWS development project from the community are invaluable to the success of the project. We look forward to continued opportunities to engage with the community.
