On behalf of the Brookfield Residential (BR) CNWS Project Team, happy new year! We are excited for what’s to come in 2026 and to share this month’s status update. Our team continues to work in close partnership with the project’s Local Reuse Authority (LRA), which is the Concord City Council, and the Navy to make progress on the Navy Term Sheet.
As we have shared, securing a Term Sheet with the Navy is a crucial next step for the project. The Term Sheet outlines the price, payment and conditions for the eventual transfer of the property from the Navy to the LRA. We will continue to keep the community updated as we make progress in this process.
As we continue these discussions, we look forward to continuing to collaborate with the community through future engagement opportunities in 2026.
