CNWS May Project Update

May is here and the Brookfield Residential (BR) CNWS Project Team is excited to share project updates from the past month! In April, our Project Team met with local government officials, community groups and government organizations to provide project updates and gather feedback for the CNWS project. We continue to work in close partnership with the project’s Local Reuse Authority (LRA), which is the Concord City Council, and the Navy to make progress on the Specific Plan and Navy Term Sheet processes in 2025. As we have shared, securing a project Term Sheet with the Navy is a crucial next step for project progress. This Term Sheet is currently being negotiated.
