Our Brookfield Residential (BR) CNWS Project Team is excited to welcome June and share an update on the progress we have been making over the past month! We have continued to meet with local community groups and organizations to provide project updates and gather feedback for the CNWS project. Our team continues to work in close partnership with the project’s Local Reuse Authority (LRA), which is the Concord City Council, and the Navy to make progress on the Specific Plan and Navy Term Sheet.
Brookfield will be at Side Gate Brewery on June 16!

On June 10, 2025, our team will be presenting a project update to the Concord City Council during a public session. This is part of our commitment to providing project updates to the project’s Local Reuse Authority (Concord City Council) and the Concord community. We will post the meeting presentation and recording on our project webpage following the meeting.
We want to take a moment to thank everyone who participated in our 2025 CNWS community survey. Participants had the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback to the Project Team.
