Our Brookfield Residential (BR) CNWS Project Team is excited to welcome spring and share an update on the progress we’ve been making over the past month. Our team continues to work in close partnership with the project’s Local Reuse Authority (LRA), which is the Concord City Council, and the Navy to make progress on the Navy Term Sheet.
As we have shared, securing a Term Sheet with the Navy is a crucial next step for the project. The Term Sheet outlines the price, payment and conditions for the eventual transfer of the property from the Navy to the LRA. We will continue to keep the community informed on the progress we are making in this process through our monthly project emails, future City Council presentations and community engagement events.
As these discussions continue, we look forward to opportunities to collaborate with the community this year. Stay tuned for upcoming events that will be posted on our project webpage.
