February is here and our Brookfield Residential (BR) CNWS Project Team is excited to share an update on how we’ve engaged with the community over the past month. Our team continues to work in close partnership with the project’s Local Reuse Authority (LRA), which is the Concord City Council, and the Navy to make progress on the Navy Term Sheet. As we have shared, securing a Term Sheet with the Navy is a crucial next step for the project.
City of Concord Recreation Services Business After Hours Mixer Recap:
On Thursday, January 15, 2026, our CNWS Project Team attended the City of Concord Recreation Service’s Business After Hours Mixer to provide information about the CNWS project and answer community member questions. We received great questions and feedback on project components such as traffic, connectivity and the project’s timeline. We want to extend a huge thank you to the City of Concord and Recreation Services for hosting such a positive event and allowing us to provide an update on the CNWS project.
We look forward to continuing to collaborate with the community through future engagement opportunities this year. Stay tuned for upcoming events that will be posted on our project webpage. If you or your organization would like to learn more about the project or provide feedback, please reach out to us here.
